Responsibilities

• Use necessary tools to monitor and evaluate web presence and the performance of our brand.
• Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including making regular posts and updates.
• Execute email marketing campaigns targeting specific segments in the company's database.
• Employ SEO best practices to increase website visibility.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and content teams to create effective marketing ads leading to conversions.
• Gather and analyze user behavior data including web traffic, funnels, and online engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.
• Stay updated with digital technology developments and generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms and best practices, including social media, email marketing, and content development.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, SEO, Google Ads, and web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative with great analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
