Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize complex HubSpot workflows, automation sequences, and reporting tools to drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to create detailed reports, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across programmatic, SEM, and paid social channels; evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage website updates using Webflow, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies that align with brand standards.
  • Use technology and data-driven insights to solve complex marketing challenges, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years as a digital marketing associate or relevant experience (preferably in a marketing agency or financial services setting).
  • Extensive HubSpot experience: Proven ability to leverage HubSpot's full suite of tools, including creating complex workflows, automation, and custom reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics: Strong skills in data analysis, report creation, and translating data insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Digital advertising expertise: Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, SEM, and paid social media; ability to launch, assess, and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • CMS knowledge: Experience with Webflow is a plus, but strong proficiency in managing other CMS platforms is acceptable.
  • Strategic problem solver: A tech-savvy individual with a passion for using digital tools to drive marketing strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Analytical and creative: Exceptional analytical skills paired with a creative approach to problem-solving.
