Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to create engaging content for various channels (blogs, social media, website).
  • Partner with design and video teams to produce high-quality marketing visuals.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Optimize and calendarize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing.
  • Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends to keep the company competitive.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venues, vendors, and promotions.
  • Track event performance and gather feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or 5 years of digital marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a marketing coordination/specialist role with a proven record of successful campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Experienced with marketing tools (CRM systems, email marketing, analytics) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with a talent for compelling content creation.
  • A creative mindset and keen eye for design, with familiarity in event planning as a plus.
  • Skilled in tracking/analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud). Familiar with standard office software (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
