Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and search.
• Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Design and develop engaging graphics that align with client brand guidelines.
• Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (social, display, and search ads).
• Track and analyze campaign performance data to improve outcomes and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital efforts align with broader marketing goals.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and industry tools to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email, and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
