About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Industrial Metal Supply will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand presence across various digital platforms. This position is designed for a professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, who will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that support the company's growth objectives. The specialist will be responsible for creating and managing digital content marketing campaigns, optimizing customer journeys, and driving marketing efficiencies through data-driven insights and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing communications that align with the company's brand and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to create targeted strategies for customer journey evolution and segmentation.
  • Execute global and local marketing campaigns in partnership with regional sales and business units.
  • Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and reporting to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide insights on the regional digital customer journey and content mapping for paid media activation.
  • Drive digital marketing experimentation, including A/B testing and innovation.
  • Work with the corporate digital strategy team to align on strategic plans and analytics delivery.
  • Support media planning with budget input and new platform ideas to increase efficiencies.
  • Regularly report on digital marketing efforts and performance to stakeholders.
  • Create and request assets for all digital marketing channels, including graphics, videos, and ads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on driving key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of Paid Social, SEO & SEM strategies and measurement.
  • Proficiency in online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM for email campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva for creating marketing materials.
  • Experience with SEO platforms like BrightEdge or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement rapid changes to improve marketing performance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building materials, industrial products, or distribution.
  • Marketing agency background or experience managing an agency.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events such as trade shows and customer appreciation days.
