JobTread is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. As a leader in the construction management software industry, we are committed to enhancing project efficiency and profitability through innovative solutions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our overall marketing objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, as well as the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive more traffic, and run and optimize Google Ads, Display Ads, and Social Media Ad campaigns. Additionally, you will create email drip campaigns to nurture leads and contribute to the creation of compelling content marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media messages. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with design, sales, and product development teams to enhance brand awareness and online reputation. You will also be tasked with creating landing pages and optimizing user experiences to maximize conversion rates. Your analytical skills will be essential in measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, as well as assisting in qualifying and signing up potential partners for our Marketplace. Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy.
  • Analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports using Google Analytics.
  • Improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive more website traffic.
  • Run and optimize Google Ads, Display Ads, and Social Media Ad campaigns.
  • Create email drip campaigns to nurture leads and qualified prospects.
  • Contribute to the ideation and creation of compelling content marketing including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media messages.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to convert leads into qualified prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product development teams to develop brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Create landing pages and optimize the user experience to maximize conversion rates.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in qualifying and signing up potential partners to join our Marketplace.
  • Develop and implement joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, marketing automation, email, Google Ads, social media ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional skills in marketing writing and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Google Analytics and Ads certifications are a plus.
