About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Costa Vida is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, increasing online visibility, and retaining customers. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including email and SMS marketing. The ideal candidate will focus on customer engagement and retention, analyze campaign results, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.
• Create and manage campaign plans for email and text communication in collaboration with the CRM team.
• Set up and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, and push notifications) as requested by local stores and at the brand level.
• Support the ideation, creation, and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns proposed by the marketing team.
• Gather and organize customer feedback to identify current and potential customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or marketing support positions.
• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• CRM management experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• High sense of urgency and self-motivated.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SEO and paid advertising.
• Ability to work beyond business hours when necessary.
