About the position

Arlington Scientific, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team. The digital marketing specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence by leveraging various online marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand awareness, website traffic, social media presence, and lead generation. In this role, the digital marketing specialist is expected to be not only creative but also analytical, using data-driven insights to help optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI. The candidate must also be comfortable with performing industry, product, and competitive research. The position is key to our marketing efforts by driving digital campaigns that engage, inform, and influence our audience. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of Arlington Scientific.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Engage with social media platforms by creating engaging content for diverse audiences that leads to measurable action.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proven experience in overseeing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
  • Must create excitement and enthusiasm both internally and externally.
  • Be proactive/self-starter.
