About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Elevate Aviation Group is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, enhancing website performance, and collaborating on design elements to improve user experience. This role requires a blend of marketing skills, technical web development knowledge, and a passion for design, aimed at delivering personalized solutions to clients in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Manage and maintain the company website and microsites, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging web pages and digital assets.
  • Write, update, and debug code for website enhancements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, and email templates.
  • Assist with the creation of email marketing campaigns and track their performance.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and develop brand style guides.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Development, Design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or web development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with website management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design trends.
