We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, which specializes in serving death care professionals. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, explaining marketing strategies, and collaborating with a team of marketing experts. You will find success in your drive to demonstrate value to the clients, while collaborating with a supportive team!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective marketing strategies that align with their goals.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams via various channels in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within client projects, offering innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of marketers and industry experts to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Educate clients on marketing best practices, industry trends, and the value of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Social Media, specifically Facebook, in addition to Social Media tools such as Sprout Social or HootSuite; CRM tools like Salesforce; Google Ads and SEM rush a plus!
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Monday.com or Trello.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
