About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing Polymaker's social media presence across various platforms. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and excellent communication skills to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop compelling and platform-specific content in collaboration with the Content Creation Team.
  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertisements and promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Develop strategies to enhance follower engagement and retention.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media strategy and management.
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
