We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in Teaneck, New Jersey. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and other channels. They will collaborate within the broader team to develop new ways to engage and convert leads in UVeye's ideal customer segments. A day in the life and how you'll make an impact includes executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. You will continuously monitor and optimize campaigns toward key metrics including qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue with a focus on high return on investment from activities. Additionally, you will conduct keyword and channel research to help us test and expand new campaigns, create and optimize ad creatives, landing and website pages to maximize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, and help measure and report on campaign performance while sharing reports with key stakeholders. Collaboration closely within the broader marketing and sales team to ensure alignment is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns toward key metrics including qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue with a focus on high return on investment from activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with PPC and digital campaign management across paid social, paid search, and programmatic
  • Experience in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Google Ads, GA4 and Hubspot
  • Previous experience in high growth stage organizations
  • Basic skills with HTML and CSS
