The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with the design, implementation, and support of projects and processes in accordance with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and organizational priorities across all applicable digital channels. This role involves keeping the Digital Marketing Manager and Director of Communications & Marketing informed concerning developments in their area of responsibility. In this position, you will utilize multi-media resources and tools to research, recommend, and implement web-based applications and technologies as directed. You will understand how to leverage web technology and social media to benefit Great Southern Bank, looking for opportunities to maximize search engine optimization through the creation of applicable, accurate, and timely content. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Communications Manager to develop and publish content for both the Company's internet and intranet, ensuring alignment with the Company's overall messaging strategy. Additionally, you will assist with the development, compiling, and review of digital marketing campaign reports, and help implement the Company's audio and video communication and marketing campaigns. This role also involves coordinating and implementing a variety of email marketing campaigns, including the preparation and analysis of campaign reports. Regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures are essential.
