About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Results Repeat is a key role focused on developing and executing digital marketing strategies for clients. This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow their career in a fully remote environment. The specialist will work closely with both internal and external teams to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through various online marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to create and implement landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a digital marketer, preferably within an agency setting.
• Experience developing or implementing SEO, PPC, email marketing, content creation/marketing, and link building campaigns.
• Experience managing digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
• Experience working with various campaign types (Search, Display, PMax), and knowledge of best practices pertaining to campaign structure, ad scores, bid strategies, etc.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Looker Studio, SEMrush, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Hubspot or Marketo.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing website content on WordPress platform is a plus.
• Experience managing social media accounts and developing engaging content to increase followers and engagement is preferred.
• Experience implementing marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and increase engagement.
