About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Coldspring is responsible for enhancing the company's online presence and driving lead generation through effective digital marketing strategies. This role involves leveraging marketing technology to optimize processes and engage with the target audience, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing automation and CRM efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and optimization of Coldspring's marketing automation and CRM efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of landing pages, forms, and workflows within HubSpot.
  • Design and execute e-mail marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Promote Coldspring's products through various digital channels.
  • Collaborate with and train the sales team on CRM best practices.
  • Develop engaging and informative content for digital platforms.
  • Serve as administrator and business owner of various Marketing Technologies.
  • Execute lead flow strategies to optimize funnel velocity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
  • Lead marketing campaign and sales funnel data requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation.
  • Manage and modify programs to achieve objectives within planned budgets.
  • Work with outside agencies and freelance vendors to coordinate marketing tactics.
  • Pursue ongoing learning in digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience working in marketing or related service firm experience.
  • Working knowledge of digital/virtual technology tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and B2B systems.
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution and lead scoring.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
