About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation and enhancing brand awareness for Freedom Roofing, Windows & Siding. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Marketing and senior leadership to create effective campaigns targeting homeowners in need of roofing, windows, siding, and gutter services. The position requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage and optimize Google My Business listing to enhance local search rankings.
• Conduct regular keyword research to align content with user intent, driving organic traffic to the website.
• Develop, launch, and optimize paid Google Ads, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals to increase lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze all performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Create an editorial calendar to ensure consistent delivery of organic content across social media platforms.

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and email marketing.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
• Experience with WordPress and HTML.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
