Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts by developing project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or delays in projects, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Manage operational tools such as Smartsheet, Bynder, and Campaign Cockpit Tool for project creation, tracking, approvals, and reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely triage of requests.
• Support a team of 6 professionals in achieving digital marketing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Project management.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Digital and technical applications aptitude.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Content mapping.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B Marketing or Communications.
