About the position

Curia Global is seeking a high-energy, strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join their fast-paced marketing team. This remote position, available for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones, is pivotal in managing, tracking, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing director, brand manager, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to execute and optimize online pay-per-click (PPC) and social media campaigns. The role demands a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence, as the work directly contributes to improving patients' lives through the pharmaceuticals developed and manufactured by Curia. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities include campaign development and planning, where the specialist will devise Google AdWords and LinkedIn PPC campaigns, focusing on objectives, competitor analysis, keyword selection, targeting options, campaign structure, and budget allocation. The specialist will also conduct keyword and audience research to identify valuable search terms for effective ad targeting. Ad creation and optimization are crucial aspects of this position, requiring the development and continual refinement of ad creatives, including ad copy and visuals, to enhance click-through rates and conversions. The specialist will manage bid and budget effectively, monitoring keyword bids to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Regular data analysis and reporting will be essential, with the specialist generating reports and providing recommendations for campaign improvements. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the digital marketing communications calendar and SharePoint content, assist the marketing operations team with email marketing and monthly newsletters, create customized landing pages for tradeshows and events, and support the brand manager in social media efforts. This role also involves creating and updating digital marketing reports and supporting other marketing activities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist marketing director with developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
  • Campaign development and planning: Responsible for devising Google Adwords and LI PPC campaigns, including objectives, competitor analysis, keyword selection, targeting options, campaign structure, and budget allocation.
  • Keyword/Audience Research and Analysis: Research and analyze keywords and/or audiences to identify valuable search terms for effective ad targeting.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization: Develop and continually optimize ad creatives, including ad copy and visuals, to improve click-through rates and conversions.
  • Bid and Budget Management: Monitor and adjust keyword bids to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to control costs and allocate resources optimally.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Managing the digital marketing communications calendar and Sharepoint content
  • Assist Marketing operations team with email marketing and monthly newsletter send
  • Create and post customized landing pages that includes service line specific profiles for tradeshows and events
  • Assist the brand manager with creating social media posts and maintaining social media profiles
  • Create and update digital marketing reports
  • Support other marketing activities as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting digital marketing activities and paid performance campaigns
  • Associates degree, bachelor's degree a plus!
  • Good writing skills (spelling, grammar) to craft ad copy and landing pages
  • Intermediate-level ability to use Excel to analyze and view data
  • The ability to develop and execute PPC campaigns aligned with business goals
