About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at WS Audiology is responsible for supporting the marketing teams in creating and executing digital content and campaigns across various channels. This role focuses on optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth for the company's products and services. The specialist will analyze performance metrics, manage digital marketing channels, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing teams with digital content creation.
  • Assist in campaign and launch activation across digital channels.
  • Conduct digital channel testing and develop new channel expansion strategies.
  • Optimize and update the company website.
  • Monitor website and digital channel performance, analyzing trends.
  • Manage core B2B and B2C digital marketing channels and activities, including website development, paid media, social platforms, email, and automation.
  • Develop and execute strategies for conversion-focused digital marketing tactics across channels and target audiences.
  • Manage digital brand channel execution, including email, social, paid media, and website.
  • Create integrated digital marketing campaigns that meet business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present integrated digital marketing plans to executives, clearly defining user journeys, targeting, and KPIs.
  • Support strategic digital marketing planning to drive growth for ongoing marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Provide thought leadership and digital best practices to the marketing team regarding campaign communications and audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance, assessing KPIs and ROI.
  • Provide analytic reporting from digital channels with insights and recommendations to key internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitive research for the expansion of digital channels and optimization to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brands to support marketing initiatives.
  • Share campaign learnings for best practice definition throughout the marketing community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience designing and executing digital campaigns across various digital channels such as web, email, and social media.
  • Experience with paid media execution and website campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hootsuite, and project management tools.
  • Digital content writing experience.
