The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, with a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to develop effective marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience that promotes conversion optimization.
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters, to attract and retain customers.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports that inform future marketing efforts.
  • Oversee social media marketing initiatives, including content creation, scheduling, and community management to foster engagement with our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve our strategies.
  • Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
  • Assist in product management by providing insights on market demands and customer preferences.
  • Advise on pricing and promotion plans.
  • Develop sales presentations.
  • Coordinate and attend industry events and trade shows, as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and content creation.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • 3+ years of experience in project or team management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices for online sales.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Expertise in analytics tools to measure performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to optimize conversion rates through effective landing page design and user experience improvements.
  • Strong skills in social media marketing and management to build brand presence across various platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven experience in consumer goods, IP incubation, and development, preferably in sports/fitness/outdoor industries.
  • Familiarity with advertising sales processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in copywriting, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
