About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at THIEL is responsible for managing and optimizing clients' paid media efforts across various platforms. This role involves developing strategic advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to enhance digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Build, implement, and oversee digital advertising strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage and grow organic social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with audiences.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their advertising needs and deliver high-quality service.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all advertising and social media efforts, maintaining high standards for client deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports, presenting results, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including ad creatives and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid media and campaign management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and digital content creation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
