About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in developing, implementing, and executing marketing programs with a focus on digital campaigns and social media. This role is essential for driving the company's growth objectives through effective marketing strategies and collaboration with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement digital campaigns to engage the audience, nurture leads, and raise brand awareness.
• Design and optimize emails, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Review and maintain social media strategy in collaboration with leadership to ensure alignment with core values.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
• Assist with the annual marketing calendar, including newsletters, training, national awareness, and events.
• Capture and analyze digital data/metrics for continuous improvement; create monthly KPI reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably with public safety/first responders or mental health.
• Proficient in marketing tools and technologies, including HTML email systems like MailChimp or Constant Contact.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient writing skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Excellent skills in Google Suite, PDFs, PowerPoint, and document formatting.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
