About the position

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at ConsultFGC, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online advertising campaigns for clients. This role involves collaboration with sales, content, and creative teams to create effective marketing strategies across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, and PPC, and will be adept at analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta (FB and Instagram), email, and display advertising.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Ideate, develop, and implement advertising strategies for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar to track and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on different marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years is good, 4+ is even better) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • An understanding of digital marketing and advertising, the various platforms like Google, social media channels, and programmatic software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and/or G-Suite equivalents.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Ad-Tech or Programmatic advertising.
  • Google Certifications.
  • Documented experience working with Meta Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
  • Experience with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with programmatic & CTV/OTT advertising.
  • Copywriting skill for advertising and website copy.
