Five Star Breaktime Solutions, a premier away-from-home convenience services provider, is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our B2B and B2C digital marketing presence. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with department leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact by contributing to the growth and visibility of our brands and services in the digital landscape. In this role, you will assist in developing engaging content for various digital brand-building activities, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audiences. You will play a key role in planning and executing social media campaigns, managing content posting, and engaging with our audience across all social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for online reputation management, handling customer service interactions, and maintaining accurate online business information listings. Your responsibilities will also include developing content for B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns, utilizing email, newsletters, and promotional materials to drive engagement and generate leads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for our websites and optimize our digital presence through effective SEO strategies. Utilizing data and reporting tools, you will track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department leadership to develop digital strategy for the company, its brands, and its services.
  • Assist with developing content for digital brand building activities for the company, its brands, and its services.
  • Contribute to social media campaign and content planning for the company and its associated brands.
  • Manage content posting, comments, and replies for all social media sites for the company and its associated brands.
  • Responsible for online reputation management (reviews) and all other digital customer service interactions.
  • Responsible for management and maintenance of online business information listings on Google and other sites.
  • Develop content for and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive engagement through B2B digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to email, newsletters, new sales lead generation, upsell opportunities, and more.
  • Develop content for and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive engagement through B2C digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to email, newsletters, text message, retail promotions, coupons, and more.
  • Responsible for developing content and copy for company website and all its associated brand websites.
  • Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) for company, its brands, its services, and its geographies.
  • Assist with development of content for digital newsletters and other digital corporate communications.
  • Utilize data and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to company digital strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc).
  • Professional related digital marketing experience at intern level or higher.
  • Experience creating content and strategies for social media and other digital platforms.
  • Experience using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative, Canva, and others.
  • Experience using website design platforms such as WordPress, Wix, and similar.
  • Experience using marketing technology tools such as Constant Contact, SEM Rush, Alchemer, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including creative copywriting.
  • Strong listening skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and a culture of respect.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete on deadline.
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative with limited need for guidance on projects.
