About the position

Our client, a Dallas-based legal advocacy group, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist! This REMOTE, full-time role starts immediately for the right candidate. The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist the Marketing Director in day-to-day tasks related to digital marketing and provide advertising campaign support. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to bring new ideas to the table and use their expertise to develop this role alongside this team as they continue to grow and evolve. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing social media platforms and executing advertising campaigns. They will be expected to work collaboratively with team members to enhance the organization's online presence and engage with the community effectively. The role requires flexibility, as there may be a need to assist during nights and weekends, depending on campaign schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members to gather content for updated marketing materials, and help maintain the online blog including scheduling and posting updates.
• Assist with managing paid and organic social media advertising campaigns, pulling reports and making posts, as needed.
• Organize, manage, and label digital assets library in the Google Drive.
• Pull marketing reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Assist with creating, sorting, preparing, and formatting large data sets in Excel.
• Stay up to date on current events and collaborate on new campaign ideas and marketing strategies.
• Assist with other administrative marketing tasks, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in social media platforms like Instagram, Meta, X, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Flexibility to help on nights and weekends, as needed.
