About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Adler Planetarium is responsible for driving revenue-generating digital marketing strategies that promote the Adler brand. This role involves collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement effective digital campaigns across various channels, including web, search engines, and email marketing, to enhance audience engagement and increase ticket sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing dynamics, and the ability to communicate the Adler's voice and brand values effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns on Google and Meta.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance search visibility and organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Specialist to identify target audiences and understand their online behavior.
  • Assist in growing and maintaining email lists, creating and implementing persuasive email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze online advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with established strategies and gather insights for KPIs.
  • Work with internal system administrators to leverage the CRM system for marketing pipelines.
  • Explore digital revenue generation opportunities and recommend adoption plans.
  • Ensure all web content is up-to-date, SEO optimized, and ADA compliant.
  • Track and report on website analytics, developing plans for continuous improvement with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Support community engagement strategies by responding to reviews on digital channels.
  • Maintain consistent branding standards across all digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology and trends, providing relevant recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, PPC, email, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey brand values and voice effectively.
  • Experience in creating persuasive content and understanding digital marketing trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in marketing strategies.
  • Experience with SMS marketing and YouTube monetization.
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance in web content.
