As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for bringing grocery to life in the digital space, implementing and executing designated marketing programs and activities that align with our business goals. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with diverse internal and external teams to orchestrate, communicate, and distribute integrated marketing solutions. Your focus will be on maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts to achieve overarching business and team objectives. In this role, you will execute campaigns across a variety of digital channels, including META, Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, OTT, Pinterest, and others as required. You will review, evaluate, and communicate campaign results, setting up strategies to effectively target audiences for both internal and external campaigns. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will review, proofread, and edit content to ensure grammatical and technical accuracy while adhering to the company's formatting standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all assets and verifying the correctness of all content prior to publishing. Your responsibilities will include constructing, monitoring, and adapting marketing tactics and promotions as necessary, while prioritizing best-in-class customer service standards to support both internal and external customers. You will lead meetings and presentations, effectively communicating with various stakeholders, and leveraging customer knowledge to drive and anticipate demands. Additionally, you will need to identify, escalate, and follow through on problems with a sense of urgency. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement at our corporate headquarters in Byron Center, MI, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Execute campaigns across digital channels, including META, Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, OTT, Pinterest and other platforms as needed/required.
  • Review, evaluate and communicate campaign results.
  • Set up strategy to target audiences for both internal and external campaigns.
  • Review, proofread and edit content to guarantee grammatical and technical accuracy while adhering to the company's formatting standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all assets and verify the correctness of all content prior to publishing.
  • Construct, monitor and adapt marketing tactics and promotions as necessary.
  • Prioritize the delivery of best-in-class customer service standards to effectively support both internal/external customers while deescalating conflicts or concerns as they arise.
  • Offer support to cross-functional teams as required for coverage and additional developmental opportunities.
  • Create new solutions by leveraging marketing strategies to fulfill internal and external customer's needs.
  • Lead meetings and presentations with proficiency while communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Leverage customer knowledge to drive and anticipate demands.
  • Identify, escalate and follow through on identified problems with a sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • Experience with Marketing software and tools required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of job experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal associates, including management and external customers.
  • General knowledge of marketing strategies and basic analytical skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
  • Attention to detail and effective planning, organization, prioritization and project/time management skills to meet deadline driven timelines.
