About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Kinsey Plumbing, Heating and Air is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive qualified leads. This role involves managing various digital marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to ensure a strong online presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative and effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic with an emphasis on generating leads.
  • Manage and allocate budget for digital marketing initiatives, and track and report on ROI for all campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns and other tools.
  • Measure digital traffic and report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Develop projects to create content as well as publish digital marketing content online.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of target audience and tailor digital marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns, decide on appropriate placement of ads and implement email and mailer marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for all digital platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content is published regularly.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insights and inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on digital platforms, and work to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities to differentiate itself in the market.
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
  • Basic graphic design skills for content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English or other fields relevant to Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
  • Web Design Experience (Bonus): Familiarity with building and managing websites.
