About the position

Tri Pointe Homes Austin is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in implementing online campaigns that align with our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and engage potential and current homebuyers. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, home office marketing team, advertising agencies, and third-party vendors to create and manage various digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, landing pages, and social media advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, testing, maintenance, and reporting of automated online marketing campaigns, ensuring that all content adheres to corporate and regulatory compliance standards. In this position, you will be expected to analyze the performance of online marketing programs, make recommendations for optimization, and manage project risks to ensure that project goals are met. You will also interact with other internal departments to gather input and materials necessary for creating digital assets and content. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and website CMS systems, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues such as XML feeds and errors. This is a collaborative role that demands excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset, as you will be delivering on multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Implement division/brand online campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other teams to create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Analyze the performance of online marketing programs and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage project risks and ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Interact with internal departments to gather input for digital assets and content creation.
  • Work within online budgets and review budget reports with management.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues such as XML feeds and errors.
  • Ensure all content adheres to corporate and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation.
  • Experience in Real Estate or equivalent B2C marketing is preferred.
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with website CMS such as WordPress and basic understanding of HTML and XML.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite for graphics maintenance.
  • Excellent grammatical and creative writing skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
  • Solid organization skills and a results-oriented work style.
