About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Kerry Straine LLC is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of a fast-growing dental service organization. This role involves creating engaging marketing materials, executing marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The ideal candidate will adapt to the diverse needs of various dental practices and contribute to the overall marketing planning processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership team members to create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials
  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, including copywriting and graphic design
  • Assist and execute marketing strategies to promote services
  • Create content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media, adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation and enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation
  • Provide input and recommendations for marketing planning processes
  • Assist with internal employee communication, such as team emails, newsletters, and announcements
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness
  • Prepare monthly and/or quarterly reports on campaign performance and creative initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand development, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Nice-to-haves

  • A current or recent Google Analytics 4 certification
