About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Hygiena is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring omnichannel digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving marketing qualified leads. This role involves leveraging customer data to deliver targeted messaging throughout the buyer journey, conducting competitor analysis, and optimizing media spend across various digital channels. The position requires strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies, all while working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, develop, execute, and measure omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis to develop campaign briefs including audience personas and tactical plans.
  • Build, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns using CRM data and marketing automation tools.
  • Write copy for websites, landing pages, emails, and paid ads, ensuring alignment with buyer stages.
  • Conduct regular analysis of campaigns and compile reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational systems and legal mandates.
  • Support and participate in the safety program and carry out responsibilities in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Intermediate knowledge of CMS and HTML.
  • Intermediate knowledge of display networks and CRM systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of content distribution networks and social media networks.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO and buyer journey processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior work experience in the microbiology and/or life science industry.
  • Bilingual in Italian, French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
