As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative digital marketing plans that support our business objectives and employ best practices. You will identify opportunities to drive traffic to VEGA's digital channels, increase inbound lead generation, and enhance customer interactions. In this position, you will work closely with team members on campaign deployment and analysis for continuous improvement. You will create and share relevant content calendars with interested parties and maintain a working knowledge of our Content Management System. This includes assisting with website development as needed, such as creating landing pages, managing the myVEGA portal, and utilizing LiveChat software. You will manage the execution of digital initiatives with agency partners and provide primary vendor management. Your responsibilities will also include leading email marketing efforts from concept through execution. This involves creating content for email messaging, including subject lines, content, form building, and calls to action. You will own the list building and opt-in strategy, ensuring compliance with requirements per country of business. Evaluating targeting and segmentation will be essential to drive campaign effectiveness, ensuring that all efforts align with global corporate standards and software integration opportunities. Additionally, you will provide input on SEO and SEM activities to optimize our online presence and improve new visitor acquisition. Supporting the team's efforts to enhance organic search results and conversion rates across all digital channels will be a key focus. You will also assist with corporate website audits and provide recommendations for improvement. Creating social media strategies across our company’s LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and recruiting pages will be part of your role. You will write posts, increase social media interactions with our customer base, and advocate for increased internal social media adoption and interaction. Monitoring online reviews and feedback will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that we maintain a positive online presence.
