Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the agency and Director of Digital Marketing to develop and implement inbound marketing strategies.
• Oversee content updates and management on the website, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automations.
• Create comprehensive content plans, including blog posts, testimonials, and video content.
• Manage the Cedarhurst YouTube channel and develop engaging video content.
• Identify industry trends and analyze competitor websites to enhance marketing strategies.
• Ensure cohesion between website and inbound strategies with paid media and public relations.
• Manage content updates on aggregator websites and Google My Business profiles.
• Set up and report on call tracking phone numbers to analyze marketing effectiveness.
• Use Google Analytics to report on website traffic and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on inbound marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in developing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Independent self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities.
