About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team at Doyle Law Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, advertising, and analytics, as well as excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach to overseeing the company's digital marketing strategy and utilizing various digital platforms to build brand awareness and generate sales. In this position, you will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Additionally, you will implement training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources for real estate agents, and conduct both in-person and virtual sessions on various real estate topics. Staying current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices is crucial to ensure that training content remains relevant and up-to-date. You will also maintain accurate records of training activities to track progress and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company's digital marketing strategy
  • Use digital platforms to build brand awareness and generate sales
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Implement training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources for real estate agents
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sessions on various real estate topics
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and real estate training with a focus on marketing automation, advertising, and analytics
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Strong understanding of real estate principles, practices, and regulations
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Certification as a real estate instructor or trainer is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
