In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content tailored for various platforms, including websites, email newsletters, and social media. They will participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on nurturing leads and engaging customers through well-designed email marketing initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will create marketing materials for company events, such as tradeshows and webinars, while ensuring that all content adheres to the company's brand guidelines. Collaboration is key in this position, as the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in professional AV technology will be essential to the role, allowing the specialist to contribute effectively to the company's marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate engaging written and visual content for various platforms including website, email newsletters, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Participate in the planning, content creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Design and execute email marketing newsletters and campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Create and execute marketing deliverables around the promotion of company events, including tradeshows, showroom events, and online events/webinars.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the company's brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing content adheres to corporate standards.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in B2B marketing or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with graphic design tools, preferably Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working with Email Marketing or Marketing Automation platforms.
