About the position

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Granite/Trend Transformations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital marketing strategies for a leading franchisor in the home remodeling industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies aimed at optimizing lead generation across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Your work will directly influence the brand's online presence and effectiveness in reaching potential customers. In this role, you will be accountable for planning, developing, and implementing digital marketing strategies and promotional activities tailored for Granite/Trend Transformations' digital platforms. You will need to be creative and open-minded, exploring new opportunities for brand development while navigating budget constraints and implementation challenges. Your responsibilities will include leading key initiatives outlined in the Digital Marketing Strategic plan, providing strategic guidance for engaging social media programs, and generating and managing content that resonates with the target audience. Monitoring consumer inquiries and responding promptly will be essential, as will be the accountability for the brand's digital performance. You will be expected to produce weekly reports for management, ensuring transparency and alignment with the company's objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the development of a new e-commerce platform initiative, identifying growth areas and integrating them with other marketing efforts. Staying abreast of new technologies and trends will be vital for making informed recommendations to senior management, and you will also be responsible for tracking the digital marketing budget to ensure it remains on track.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital advertising strategies to optimize lead generation.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies and promotional activities for the brand's digital platforms.
  • Lead key initiatives included in the Digital Marketing Strategic plan with specific timetables and achieve target objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure unique and engaging social media programs, campaigns, and content.
  • Generate, manage, and publish activation content weekly.
  • Monitor consumer inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for the brand's digital performance and results; produce weekly reports to management.
  • Manage and leverage the current database of past guests for marketing initiatives.
  • Develop specific offers or campaigns for lead generation based on past success and new trends.
  • Handle customer service issues and quality testing of site, content, and usability.
  • Oversee the development of a new e-commerce platform initiative and identify new areas to grow the e-commerce business.
  • Monitor new and emerging technology and trends to make suggestions to senior management.
  • Develop brand presentations and quarterly reports as required.
  • Track Digital Marketing budget spend and work with management to ensure assigned budget remains on track.

Requirements

  • BA in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the Digital Marketing field.
  • Expert knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective and measurable Digital Marketing programs.
  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and its impact on brand development.
  • Ability to think creatively and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced analytics skills required.
  • Good understanding of website development and e-commerce business platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solid business results.
  • Experience in managing external agencies.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing assigned budgets and resources.
