About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Norman International Inc. is responsible for leading, developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role aims to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and creative, playing a crucial role in the company's digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and websites.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with the graphic/multi-media team to produce engaging content, including videos, blog posts, and social media posts.
  • Update and optimize the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimized.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by developing content calendars and engaging with followers.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Conduct research on trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the home improvement industry.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress and working knowledge of SEMRUSH, Crazy Egg, or other analytical tools.
  • Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make informed recommendations based on results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, especially in the home improvement or window treatment industry.
