About the position

The OTC Industrial Technologies corporate marketing team is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has experience in digital and traditional marketing execution. The individual in this role will be a key component in coordinating and creating internal and external marketing messages to support the Air capabilities division within the organization. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at OTC, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies tailored specifically for our air supply products and services. You will collaborate closely with the Air marketing team and other departments to ensure the seamless implementation of campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Your creative flair, attention to detail, and passion for marketing will be essential in this position. In this role, you will support and contribute to Air marketing campaigns that are defined within the corporate and Air marketing team. You will coordinate and execute PR marketing campaigns, including article creation and distribution, speaking engagement and presentation coordination, in tandem with the digital deployment of PR content. Additionally, you will execute all Air-related website content updates, including optimization updates, new product additions, and/or new capability additions. You will provide support to the Corporate Digital Site Manager and other staff while working on a variety of projects with third parties. You will follow and execute tasks based on the Air marketing calendar and strategy set forth by corporate marketing. The position requires the ability to learn and understand a content management system, with the opportunity for growth within its utilization. You will support all marketing channel execution, including social media, SEO, marketing emails, automated email, and print collateral. Utilizing marketing reporting tools and platforms to provide campaign performance analysis will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will support the lead management platform for the Air sales team by providing lead lists on an as-needed basis and coordinate all incoming Air support requests for corporate marketing to execute. Strong collaboration with internal teams and departments will be necessary to execute content that supports a cohesive brand strategy, digital approach, and communication plan to bring the Air marketing strategy and initiatives to life. You will need to operate within a corporate marketing team and adhere to corporate standards of marketing while supporting segment-specific marketing requests.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an internship or marketing position.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred), social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to create and deploy marketing emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Attention to detail is a must for this position.
  • Strong communication skills, specifically when receiving and processing creative feedback.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear prioritization on order of completion.
  • Ability to effectively capture revision & direction communication while executing creative work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and be a team player across multiple channels within the organization.
  • Strong work ethic with a proven track record of executing tasks on time.
