About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at David Roberts Consulting, LLC is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital presence across various platforms, including websites and social media. This role focuses on creating engaging content, improving SEO rankings, and designing visual assets to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Wix to maintain and update interactive websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate to create, edit, and maintain company websites.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Produce high-quality visual and written content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Create visual graphics including social media posts and stories, flyers, posters, business cards and other promotional materials as assigned.
  • Attend community and marketing events, representing respective DRC companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Maintain brand style guide for all companies.
  • Serve as backup communications point-of-contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and prepare publications, news articles, newsletters, news releases, advertising and other materials that promote the company's products, objectives, policies, plans, programs and services to its stakeholders.
  • Interact with facility staff, clients and family members in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work independently to create and implement marketing initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (with at least a minor in Digital Marketing).
  • Minimum of three years professional web design experience.
  • Expertise in Canva and Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Wix, SEO strategies, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in email marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles preferred.
  • Graphic design platforms preferred.
  • Ability to travel within and outside the state as needed (20%).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in email marketing preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles preferred.
  • Graphic design platforms preferred.
