About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Good Greek Franchises will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence and driving digital marketing efforts. This role involves optimizing search engine rankings, executing paid advertising campaigns, and managing website design and functionality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong mix of research, data analysis, and creative development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising and media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Develop ad copy, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and other essential KPIs (PPC, CPM).
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research, on- and off-page optimization, and monitor SEO performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on website performance, SEO metrics, and paid campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Create targeted landing pages and maintain high-quality, user-friendly websites.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices and adhere to the latest web design trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websites and digital marketing tools.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on and off-page optimization, and link building.
  • Experience with paid advertising, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and PPC management platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in a digestible way and provide data-driven insights.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Information Technology/Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio.
