The Digital Marketing Services Specialist will play a crucial role in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns aimed at recruiting research participants for various studies conducted by the School's engagement service core. This position is designed for a creative and analytical individual who possesses a robust background in internet marketing, particularly in social media marketing, digital advertising, and analytics. The specialist will be responsible for not only the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns but also for compiling, analyzing, and effectively communicating the performance data of these campaigns to stakeholders. In addition to campaign management, the role requires strong project management skills. This includes attracting new clients, understanding their needs, estimating costs and timelines for each engagement, and tracking project expenses. The specialist will also be involved in various administrative tasks that support the overall marketing strategy. Content development skills are essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in graphic/web design, front-end web development (such as CSS and HTML), or familiarity with website builders. The major responsibilities of the position include designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to recruit participants for open research studies, establishing and maintaining effective project management processes, and engaging in activities to attract new clients to utilize the Core's services. The position is remote and is a fixed-term role with a duration of one year from the start date, with the possibility of extension based on available funding.
