In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will leverage various digital mediums to build brand awareness and enhance the digital journey of members. This includes planning and executing content updates, managing social media interactions, and developing new digital strategies that align with the Credit Union's initiatives. The specialist will also be responsible for managing business listings and reviews, showcasing strong customer service skills in responding to member inquiries and feedback. Additionally, the role involves deploying pay-per-click (PPC), paid social, and digital display ads as needed, requiring proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for automations and journey building. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them through enhancements and content updates while contributing to and overseeing content calendars. This position is essential for driving the Credit Union's digital marketing efforts and ensuring a seamless online experience for members.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and advance the Credit Union's public-facing website with a focus on SEO and content accuracy.
  • Utilize analytics to drive proactive website improvements.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through project management for enhancements and content updates.
  • Contribute to and oversee content calendars, execute website content updates, and schedule social media posts.
  • Develop new digital strategies to support Credit Union initiatives.
  • Manage business listings and reviews, responding to comments and messages with strong customer service skills.
  • Deploy pay-per-click (PPC), paid social, and digital display ads as needed.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for automations and journey building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in a digital media specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, WordPress, and SEO.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Familiarity with web design and development software.
  • Knowledge of relevant Banking Rules and Regulations.
