Responsibilities

• Develop and co-lead a coherent and measurable marketing plan aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead the creation and transformation of the company's communication and sales channels, including the website and social media.
• Create varied, engaging, and optimized content for digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns through SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve effectiveness.
• Research and apply new digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance lead acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and social media management platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, content/email marketing.
• Strong writing skills with experience in short form copy writing.
• Previous data and analysis reporting experience.

• Experience in creating visually appealing, compelling, and measurable content for digital and traditional channels.
• Demonstrates ability to write content for project descriptions, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
