About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Givzey is responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies to meet lead and revenue goals. This role involves channel ownership, collaboration across departments, and a focus on audience expansion and long-term planning. The specialist will utilize marketing analytics to optimize campaigns and report performance to the executive team, while also managing the marketing tech stack and ensuring effective marketing to sales handoff.

Responsibilities

  • Set channel strategy and plan campaigns to meet qualified lead and revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in 1 to 2 areas of growth marketing, including Email Marketing, ABM, Web Optimization, Ops, and Analytics.
  • Collaborate on growth strategy across the company and share funnel metrics regularly.
  • Build long-term ABM strategy with sales to expand from core audiences and grow new audiences.
  • Build on defined KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts.
  • Source lists from partner organizations and create campaigns to reach core audiences.
  • Set up proper tracking, create landing pages, follow SEO best practices, and run A/B tests to improve website conversion rates.
  • Own the marketing tech stack and make improvements as needed.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure content drives engagement and grows inbound via SEO content.
  • Define the handoff to the sales team and work closely with sales to drive qualified leads that convert to opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments, preferably in a B2B startup with a top-down sales model.
  • Broad knowledge in all areas of growth marketing with depth in paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, website management, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience in channel management and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in using a full stack of marketing tools and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer-first marketing strategies that meet revenue goals.
  • An experimentation mindset with a focus on testing and scaling successful strategies.
  • Ability to set goals and budgets, prioritize initiatives, and report on key metrics.
