About the position

Trulieve is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This position is remote and will report to the SE Digital Marketing Manager within the Marketing department. The primary focus of this role is to manage omni-channel marketing messaging deployments, specifically through email and text message marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for performance-based campaign management and reporting, utilizing our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The role involves a variety of core duties including audience segmentation, developing buyer personas, implementing customer journeys, and executing geo-based store communications. The specialist will also be tasked with product-based targeting, maintaining brand guidelines, and supporting in-market marketing vendors. This position is crucial in ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with our mission to provide compassionate care to our patients. In addition to managing marketing campaigns, the Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee a team that assists in building email and text campaigns within the CRM. This includes creating compelling copy for subject lines and messages, tracking campaign performance to identify successes and areas for improvement, and implementing automations and workflows in the CRM. Collaboration with the web content team is also essential to ensure that our corporate websites and promotional materials accurately reflect our marketing strategies and calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Weekly reporting of all marketing messaging and campaign performance.
  • Execute daily branded messaging from our Customer Data Platform via email and text message marketing.
  • Oversee and assist with CRM segmented messaging, ensuring targeted marketing based on customer behaviors, demographics, and psychographics.
  • Manage tasks assigned to a team that assists with building email and text campaigns in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop email/text strategies for communication plans.
  • Create copy for subject lines, preview messages, and text messages.
  • Track campaigns to identify wins or gaps in strategy.
  • Implement and execute automations and workflows in the CRM.
  • Work alongside the web content team to ensure corporate websites and promotional banners reflect the marketing promo calendar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, IT, or a similar field.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in technology, particularly CRM and Email Service Providers (ESP).
  • Strong belief in relationship building and teamwork to achieve goals and results.
  • Organized, responsible, and adaptable in a fast-paced growth environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Familiarity with email and text message marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
