About the position

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is integral in enhancing our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations, including designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with our business goals. You will develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, ensuring that each campaign is effective and meets our strategic objectives. Additionally, you will implement effective SEO strategies to enhance our web visibility and conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities that can be leveraged for our brand's growth. In this role, you will measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends, allowing you to make data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing strategies. You will also maintain and manage our online content across all platforms to ensure brand consistency and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to integrate digital marketing campaigns with overall company activities. Budget management will be a key responsibility, as you will prepare and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Furthermore, you will liaise with designers to improve user experience and develop relevant and engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience. Your expertise will guide direct marketing strategies, including email, mobile, SEM, website updates, and SEO, while forecasting sales performance trends and optimizing spending to achieve the best results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices and relevant tools.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Skills in content writing and content management on various platforms.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
