About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at MustardSeed PMO will be responsible for establishing a strong online presence and driving marketing-qualified leads through various digital marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal as the first marketing hire, allowing the individual to build the marketing strategy from the ground up and contribute significantly to the company's growth in the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
• Partner with the sales team to develop and implement an effective account-based marketing strategy.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows and newsletters.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
• Execute targeted paid ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google, optimizing for performance.
• Develop segmented marketing campaigns for different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Draft and distribute monthly newsletters to keep clients and prospects informed.
• Manage SEO and website updates to optimize online presence.
• Oversee marketing efforts within HubSpot, including workflows and lead nurturing.
• Create compelling marketing content that aligns with the company's objectives.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B marketing and/or experience with account-based marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media platforms and HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Marketing experience in life sciences or related industries.
• Basic graphic design skills for content creation.
