About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital presence of AlphaGraphics and PostNet brands. This position focuses on executing digital marketing strategies, managing website content, optimizing for SEO, and implementing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, capable of adapting to new tools and technologies, and will work collaboratively across departments to achieve strategic marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audiences, competition, and industry trends.
  • Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of each brand.
  • Oversee national website content to ensure it remains current and meets target audience needs.
  • Utilize basic HTML skills to perform updates and troubleshoot issues on websites.
  • Collaborate with content specialists to integrate messaging across digital channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
  • Manage online listings and off-site SEO efforts.
  • Craft and implement digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor ad spend and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and partners, serving as the primary contact for digital marketing programs.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and assess performance of digital marketing strategies.
  • Generate regular reports to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, web content management, or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and ability to make website updates independently.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage digital advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
