About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at ACO is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a strong background in digital marketing, graphic design, and front-end development, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about online engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content for various digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and websites.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance engagement and user experience.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to track and report on website and campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, email templates, banners, and ads.
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to make minor updates and improvements to the website.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements and functionality.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Basic use of MS Office programs.
