About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Duly Health and Care is responsible for enhancing patient growth and engagement through effective management of social media strategies and content creation. This role involves overseeing the Duly brand's social content, analyzing social trends, and ensuring a strong digital presence across various platforms. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days remote, with a focus on collaboration and communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Duly brand/s social content calendars, content creation, handling content reviews, copywriting and publishing, while managing all channel reporting with manager.
  • Capturing patient stories and team member engagement via multiple content formats, including graphics and video.
  • Listening and monitoring Duly's social channels and mentions, while timely responding to and flagging any comments that need attention.
  • Managing and leading multiple social media initiatives at the same time, supporting execution and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analyzing social trends and utilizing social listening to report out insights into patient and prospective patient behaviors and interests related to social media.
  • Maximizing the utilization of our Social Media platform by learning all the features and functionality that could help streamline or improve our efficiencies.
  • Staying up to date with each social media channel, including new and growing channels, to ensure we are maximizing their features and functionality.
  • Understanding digital marketing channels and being versed in how to manage and use those channels to drive patient acquisition.
  • Supporting Duly brand/s website presence by ensuring all content is up-to-date and managing any content changes needed.
  • Supporting with the creation of digital assets for patient acquisition and retention campaigns, including email and landing pages.
  • Other Digital Marketing projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with social media graphic and video creation, including capturing video and editing video for appropriate social media channel.
  • Strong skillset in writing and editing social content.
  • Ability to communicate plans and ideas effectively to leaders within the organization.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and the interconnect between marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multi-tasking and organizational skills, in addition to problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in utilizing social media tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc), content management system platforms and email marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Social Media and other digital marketing channels.
